Dual polymer system
Poligrip adhesives' dual polymer system is designed to maintain denture performance when individual patient factors limit retention.
Poligrip adhesive dual polymer system consists of two ingredients: carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) and polyvinyl methyl ether/maleic acid (PVM/MA)3. .
- Two polymers are activated on contact with saliva, expand and cross-link to create an elastic polymer network
- This elastic network can resist both tensile forces and shear stresses3
- Increasing both retention and stability of the denture1

Poligrip helps seal and protect against food entrapment4
Poligrip adhesives’ sealing action helps reduce food entrapment vs. no adhesive 74%*4

Maintaining denture performance
The Poligrip denture adhesive dual polymer system is designed to maintain denture performance when patients need it the most.

“…patient ratings showed that denture adhesives may improve the denture wearer’s perceptions in retention, stability, and quality of life…”5
